The Promise That Faded - Paperback

by Elliot Parker (Author)

How far would you go to keep a promise you made long ago?

Rusty Luvré was born into a life he didn't choose-a life destined to inherit his family's dairy business. Though filled with joy and love as a boy, fate dealt him a harsh hand, forcing him to flee the only home he knew. He found solace in a remote cabin near the shore, where he met a girl who became his light in a dark world.

But life has a way of tearing things apart. Rusty had to leave, but he made her a promise-he would return.

Tragedy struck, pulling Rusty into a series of events that kept him from returning to the girl who had given him hope. Years later, he finally made it back, only to discover that everything had changed-the girl he remembered was no longer the same. Time had altered more than just their surroundings; it had changed them both in ways he could never have imagined.

Will Rusty find a way to rekindle what was lost, or will he be forced to face the reality that some promises can't be kept?
